Our Proven Staining Process

1. Floor Sanding Prep: We sand floors to bare wood, ensuring smooth grain and optimal stain absorption.
2. Moisture Testing: We ensure humidity and wood moisture levels are ideal to avoid blotching or rejection.
3. Stain Sampling On Site: We apply 2–3 test patches directly on your sanded floor so you can choose the perfect color.
4. Professional Application: We use hand- and machine-applying techniques for even, deep stain penetration across the floor.
5. Finishing: Once dry, we apply multiple coats of polyurethane (satin, matte, semi-gloss, or gloss) to protect your chosen color and finish.
