Why Wide Plank Works for Columbia Heights Homes

Custom Look for Custom Homes

Wide planks create a cohesive, elegant foundation — perfect for sweeping views and open floor plans that showcase the interior as much as the exterior landscape.

Complements Natural Light

Homes in Columbia Heights often have large windows and bright sunlight. Wide planks display grain patterns beautifully and make interiors feel more open.

Built with Local Climate in Mind

Humidity changes and elevation impacts don’t have to mean floor problems. Proper acclimation, moisture testing, and high‑quality finishes ensure wide planks remain stable year‑round.
