Why Olympic East Homes Benefit from Wide Plank Hardwood

Showcases Natural Grain and Board Character

Wide planks (6″–12″+) allow more visible wood grain, knots, and variation — perfect for homes looking to make a bold design statement.

Visually Expands Large Spaces

Olympic East homes often feature open floorplans that invite entertaining and daily family flow. Wide plank boards help unify large spaces and enhance continuity from room to room.

Complements Natural Light and Views

With natural light streaming in from multiple angles, wide planks reflect grain and tone in a way that narrow boards can’t — adding warmth and texture to spaces.
